Mikey opens up about swapping his corporate life in Melbourne for the uncertainty of following his passion. After studying business, he found himself back home, working the usual 9-to-5… until COVID hit. That upheaval pushed him to build something of his own. 

Good Ideas is more than just a studio, it’s Mikey’s mission to bridge the gap between businesses that need creative energy and creatives who want to create without the admin headache. He talks about what it’s like matching up businesses with visual and design talent, building a team, and what community and place means in everything he does. 

It was great to chat to another agency owner about our shared experiences in starting a business and the ongoing highs and lows of being a creative agency in Melbourne.
